*First you need to know some things about
it in General. They blocked channels for people outside

Howto change your DNS Settings :
--> Go to your network connections
--> Select your Connection there
--> Right mouse
--> properties
--> General
--> Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
--> properties
--> use another DNS server
--> enter 1 of the below ranges there.
